"I wish I did not keep my Dyslexia from my parents and my teachers, because they could have helped me, but I didn't  know what dyslexia was back then. I was afraid of being different and laughed at in school.

   Today, I've learned that one out of five of us have Dyslexia, and thanks to people like George Lopez, Sylvester Stallone and many more successful people in our community who have dyslexia; I feel I'm not soo different after all. I encourage parents to go to:www.dyslexia-teacher.com 

    It was hard for me for many years, but if I had the resources that are available today for Dyslexia. It would have made my life a lot more easier. I really suffered hiding what I did not understand was happening in my brain. I can now read a book to my child without embarrassment. As for my writing, thank goodness for editors." says jokingly Leah Monte Litzner.
